Shipping

We ship Australia-wide with tracked delivery through Australia Post. Shipping is complimentary on orders of $75 or more, and a flat $10 on orders under $75.

Orders are dispatched from Sydney within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Your first Gentle Pet order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try our wipes with confidence. If any order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through our Customer Support page as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days, with your order number and details of the issue.
